Guests will experience a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bilbao, the bistro at Marqués de Riscal, and a traditional Basque lunch overlooking the coast and mountains. The journey continues with exclusive access to a private gastronomic society near San Sebastián, a seaside lunch in Biarritz facing the Atlantic and the Rocher de la Vierge, and a sunset dinner on the Bay of Arcachon. - What is the maximum group size? Our groups for this tour are limited to a maximum of 16 guests. This small group size allows us to offer exclusive experiences and provide a more personal and relaxed atmosphere throughout the journey.
- When should I book? As group size is strictly limited, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your place. Departures are expected to sell out well in advance.
- Is the departure guaranteed? We carefully plan every departure to ensure the best possible experience for all guests. Departures are subject to reaching the minimum number of participants required for operation. In the unlikely event that a departure cannot be confirmed, affected guests will be notified well in advance and offered alternative options or a full refund.
- Should I arrive before the tour starts? Though not necessary, we recommend arriving in Bilbao at least one day before the tour begins to allow time for any flight delays and to start your holiday feeling relaxed. We are happy to assist with recommendations or additional hotel nights before the tour.
- Can I extend my stay after the tour? Absolutely. Since the tour finishes in Bordeaux, many guests choose to spend additional days exploring the city. We would be delighted to assist with hotel recommendations or additional travel arrangements.
- How physically demanding is the tour? The tour is suitable for most travellers with a reasonable level of mobility. Most visits involve leisurely walking through historic towns, seaside or vineyards. The only activities requiring a moderate level of physical effort are the visit to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe and the walk on the Dune du Pilat, both of which involve uphill sections and stairs or sandy terrain. Guests who prefer not to participate in these walks may simply enjoy the surrounding scenery at a more relaxed pace.
- Is there free time during the tour? Yes. Although many experiences are shared with the group, the itinerary also includes free time to explore independently, relax, shop, or simply enjoy the local atmosphere at your own pace.
- What is included in the tour?The tour includes carefully selected accommodations, transportation during the itinerary, guided experiences, winery visits, tastings, and meals as specified in the itinerary. - What is not included? International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, and any meals or activities not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are not included.

If cancelled 30 days before the start of your trip, 15% of the total services cost will be deducted.
